In the Canadian town of Burquitlam, a mad butcher invents a language that will help him attract visitors to a brand-new theme park. In the meantime, he dumps scraps of rotten meat into a septic tank, accidentally developing a radioactive fuel called "balonium" that coincidentally resurrects the dead.
While trying to bake a fudge cake, dopey moose Bullwinkle invents a super fuel -- the secret ingredient is mooseberries, a crop grown only in Frostbite Falls. Moon men Gidney and Cloyd vie with bad guy Boris Badenov to pilfer the secret formula.

The IT hardware NMSO is a Government of Canada wide procurement vehicle that represents an annual spend of $175 to $200 million. The NMSO commodities include microcomputer-based desktops and monitors, notebooks, thin clients, and servers. The NMSO is the main procurement vehicle used by all client departments and features 19 NMSO suppliers, both multinational and small- and medium-sized enterprises.
Electronics Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT) Silver criteria will become mandatory in the federal government's next NMSO for desktop and notebook comput- ers and monitors. EPEAT gold levels will be optional and will be awarded extra feature points through the NMSO bench- mark testing process (http://canada.nstl.com/SipssWebSites/ Report 2008). Companies such as Toyota, Mitsubishi and Nissan have already introduced vehicles with direct fuel injection. Now GM drivers can enjoy the improved fuel economy and power that direct fuel injection offers. The turbocharged Pontiac Solstice GXP and Saturn Sky Redline get a direct injected 2.0-litre four cylinder engine, while the Cadillac STS and CTS are available with the direct injected 3.6-litre V6 engine. This 3.6-litre engine features four valves per cylinder, variable camshaft timing and fuel injectors that spray fuel directly into the combustion chamber instead of into the ports as on previous engines. This combines to produce 304 horsepower and a broad flat torque curve for spirited acceleration.
Fuel consumption is reduced by three percent but another significant advantage of th...

So, what is biodiesel, exactly? In a nutshell, it's a natural and renewable fuel alternative for diesel engines and is made by converting oils and fats into chemicals in a chemical process called transesterification. Catalysts such as methanol or ethanol are also used. Different fats and vegetable oils produce somewhat different biodiesel fuels, but they all do essentially the same thing. Biodiesel can be used in any type of diesel engine, and contains no petroleum. It's also nontoxic and biodegradable. Theoretically, any kind of biomass can be used to refine it, but mostly it's made from vegetable oils such as canola, soybean, or corn.
According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the United States, biodiesel also burns cleanly, with significantly fewer pollutants. It is t...
