Hussain Gusti obviously did his homework when looking at aboriginal health and equity as practiced by Burntwood Regional Health Authority. However, what he doesn't explain is that Burntwood is the northern agent for Manitoba Health, which remains embroiled with the federal government on issues of aboriginal health services.
