Don't get me wrong, anglers are always trying to find out current information, but the start of the Fall walleye run on the Red and the Winnipeg rivers is something almost every diehard walleye fanatic in this part of the world waits for. While the Internet can supply valuable information, there are always variables. Here's another example for you. A group of friends and myself went to Lake of the Prairies on the weekend and did rather poorly. That doesn't mean there weren't fish to be caught.
