Traditional heavyweights Nigeria, Cameroon and Senegal all failed to qualify and that leaves Ivory Coast as Africa's best hope. If it's to advance, we're probably going to have to put up with the tiresome antics of Chelsea striker Didier Drogba, who makes a very good living from falling down in hopes of drawing a penalty or at least winning a free kick in a dangerous area. Actually, the only Montenegrin player on the team is striker Mirko Vucinic, but he's a pretty good one having scored 28 goals over the last two seasons for Italy's Lecce. With players like Atletico Madrid striker Mateja Kezman, Inter Milan's midfield wizard Dejan Stankovic and Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic, this is a team that shouldn't be discounted.

• Ferguson, Mourinho Have Corking Good Times

For three years, one of [Alex Ferguson]'s favourite guests was former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho. Ironically, the two would usually crack a bottle after a Chelsea win. In the 12 matches where Ferguson and Mourinho crossed swords, United emerged victorious on just two occasions. Mourinho admires Ferguson's legacy and myriad accomplishments.
