I think what he should have said is that a small percentage of east-side First Nations and the provincial NDP are taking "this" approach. The proposed legislation won't do much to resolve the nutrient overloading in the province's waterways. As mentioned before, there are few studies of the Turkish Cypriot family. One important exception is Vamik Volkan's psychoanalytical study (1979) of war and adaptation. he notes: "The need of the individual to assert himself is secondary to the mutual identification within the family" (Volkan, 1979: 54).
