Turn into greased loaf pan. Cover with greased wax paper and let sit in oven with door closed and light on for about 30 minutes, or until dough reaches top of pan. Remove wax paper and bake at 190 C (375 F) for about 30 minutes or until done (bottom sounds hollow when turned out and tapped). Brush top with butter or oil to keep from drying out. Here's another recipe which uses the sauté method. To save time, I used boneless breast of chicken that had already been cut up for stir-fry. Don't try to cook the chicken all in one go; you need space in the pan to really toss the chicken back and forth. The flavours of the lemon and the capers blend very nicely in this dish.
