AN investigator's report clearing Lance Armstrong of taking drugs during the 1999 Tour de France was challenged yesterday by World Anti-Doping Agency officials, indicating the case against America's greatest cyclist might not be over. The investigator's report said the French laboratory did not follow accepted scientific standards. It dismissed the results as lacking credibility. "Today's comprehensive report makes it clear that there is no truth to that accusation," Armstrong said in a statement.
