Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Veterans Affairs and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 5(a)   of the Department of Veterans Affairs Act  , hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Veterans Health Care Regulations.
