"I've always wanted to get into the gaming industry," he said. "If I got into the mechanical industry and the computer industry, I could become really big."

"The ICT industry was producing so many jobs, but there's a serious shortage of workers and a lot of that comes from reduced enrolment in post secondary and college institutions," [David Robertson] said. "We were thinking about how we were going to allay that shortage with capacity-building in the aboriginal community."
