Add Some Fright to Halloween Party

Summary

Put some of the orange Vitrea 160 paint into a paint tray or foil plate. Dip a sponge into the paint, removing excess, then apply it in a dabbing motion around the outside of the martini glasses, stopping where the stem begins.

Now put some of the green Vitrea 160 paint into the paint tray. This time dab it onto the stem and the base of the glasses. Sponging on the paint adds textured appeal to the glasses. Repeat steps for each glass, and then set them aside for about one hour to dry to the touch before applying the web designs.

Once completed, let the martini glasses dry and cure for 24 hours. To heat-set your creations, place the glasses in a cold oven, then set it to 160 C (325 F). Bake for 40 minutes. Remove the glasses from the oven using oven mitts, and let them cool before handling. Once heat-set, the designs are permanent, scratch-resistant and dishwasher-safe.
