"It's funny," said [BOB Dyce] with a chuckle Friday as he, Bombers' head coach Doug Berry and defensive co-ordinator Greg Marshall arrived in Toronto for the annual CFL TransGlobe Evaluation Camp of Canadian university prospects. Dyce is the Bombers' college draft co-ordinator.

"But with having the 11th pick, obviously you've got to do your due diligence because you're still looking at pretty close to the top 10 players in this draft. And even though people say this isn't as strong a year, when you're picking that high you'd like a guy who can come in and compete for a spot on your roster and maybe push one of the Canadian starters you have."

"If it's an offensive lineman, you don't want to draft an offensive lineman who can only put 225 up twice," he said. "So it's certain specifics."
