"We're going to try to get this done as quickly as possible," [David Asper] said. He wants to build a stadium in the spirit in which both Canwest Global Park and the MTS Centre were brought about -- a private/public model that will "become a beacon for a revived and rejuvenated Blue Bombers and for the Canadian Football League".
