Aboriginal and Northern Affairs Minister Oscar Lathlin and Manitoba Hydro representatives were there on Monday to open a community information office to tell local people about the Northern Flood Agreement (NFA) and how they can apply for Manitoba Hydro jobs.
"The other thing they were supposed to do is give information on the Northern Flood Agreement," Lathlin said in an interview. "I'm finding that people tell me in Cross Lake they're certainly not getting any information from their leadership.
