Tam Le, 30, was released on bail this week, despite the fact he's facing a first-degree murder charge. Queen's Bench Justice Alan MacInnes - citing the fact Le's jury trial has been indefinitely delayed because of Crown delays regarding disclosure - decided to roll the dice and give Le a chance at freedom. The Crown was heavily opposed and noted Le was granted bail a year ago, only to be re-arrested on a breach 24 hours later.
