"At that point, there's no sand on the bottom... it's just big rocks," he said. "I could see them going under and popping back up again."

"I took a boogie board with me and swam out to them both," [Sean Woroniak] said. "The (17-year-old) was just holding on to the other guy and I took them both and brought them back to shore."

"I was just glad for the opportunity to be able to do something," Woroniak said. He said he had taken Red Cross swimming courses as a child and reached the Lifesaving 3 level but this was the first time he was able to put those skills to use. "It felt good. It was reward enough just to help them."
