"Spilly Billie" is how family and friends affectionately refer to Billie-Jean Leslie. A part-time hairdresser and college student, the 23-year-old Saanich, B.C., resident is pretty, petite ... and one of Canada's most horrible drivers. She has had 16 accidents -- 12 of those in one year. She has had her licence suspended four times. That's why she's on Canada's Worst Driver, the reality show in which incompetent motorists undertake goofy challenges to improve their driving skills.

As we back out, her cousin, Nicola (Nicki) Coulter, advises Spilly Billie not to bonk Coulter's car, parked right beside us. We then cruise side streets at a ferocious clip. When I nervously comment on this, Spilly Billie says, "This is my neighbourhood." Nicki advises, "Never mind those little kids and puppies running around."
