Brandon's streets bustled with snow removal crews attempting to clear the way for much of the city to head back to school and work today after a weekend snowfall dumped about 10 centimetres of the white stuff around Westman. Darvill said the consistent snowfall paired with frigid temperatures will likely strain the city's snow removal budget because conditions are demanding more sand than usual to be spread on the streets.
