Premier Doer, if you really want to meddle with the open-market natural gas prices for home heating, then perhaps you could also meddle with and subsidize gasoline and diesel prices for rural residents and farmers who do not have the advantages of an urban transit system to get to work, visit friends or go shopping at an economical cost like they do in Brandon or Winnipeg.
