It might be said that means Mr. [David Asper] will get $80 million for nothing. But that's simply not the case. Think SkyDome. What Mr. Asper's offer indicates is that when a new stadium is constructed at a cost of $120 million, it and the team combined will be worth about $40 million, and not $120 million. It might be that Mr. Asper's evaluation of the assets is conservative, but no matter, there is no way a new stadium and the Bombers combined have a market value anywhere near $120 million.
