EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT

Regulations Amending the Employment Insurance RegulationsRESOLUTION

The Canada Employment Insurance Commission, pursuant to section 37, paragraphs 54(f.3), (f.4), (f.7), (j), (m), (s), (t), and (u) and sections 69 and 153.1 of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Employment Insurance Regulations.

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources Development and the Treasury Board, pursuant to sections 37, 54  , 69   and 153.1   of the Employment Insurance Act  , hereby approves the annexed Regulations Amending the Employment Insurance Regulations, made by the Canada Employment Insurance Commission.

REGULATIONS AMENDING THE EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE REGULATIONS

1. Subsection 14(2) of the Employment Insurance Regulations   is replaced by the following:
