"We have some big aspirations for this tournament," Golf Manitoba executive director Dave Comaskey said. "We're a bit puzzled."
The change is to bring the fund in line with the RCGA's current practice of focusing on Canadian programs. Manitoba's fund has made 101 scholarship awards for $94,000 since its inception.[Lou Spado], who's been a provincial rules official for 10 years, knows first-hand that slow play is holding the sport back.
