[...] of my "near miss" 3 years ago, I was stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, N. C, traveling back to base from a wonderful 2 weeks of leave in the great state of Massachusetts. Not only was my visibility extremely limited in this poorest of poor weather, but huge tractor trailers were blowing by me at an average of 70 miles per hours (MPH).
