The NDP's original solution, however, created the impression that the party was more interested in rigging the taxpayer-funded propaganda game to its advantage (especially by capping the amount parties could spend on advertising) than actually setting better rules to govern franking privileges.With the NDP now set to revamp Bill 37 and allow parties to spend what they want in a non-election year, they should go further and limit how much junk mail MLAs can send to their constituents.
