This one was a lot closer than expected until the fourth quarter, when the Bombers regained the lead on a Charles Roberts' touchdown and never looked back. But let's not kid ourselves -- this was [Milt Stegall]'s night.
Jesse Lumsden got a good chunk of the work, registering 45 yards on 10 carries, while hauling in another five passes for 68 yards. But it was QB Jason Maas who kept the Hamilton offence chugging along despite their inability to find the end zone. Maas spread the ball around effectively, finding eight different receivers over the course of the game to finish with 341 yards passing. It's also hard to overlook Hamilton K Nick Setta, who provided all of the Ticats scoring on the night going 6-for-7 kicking field goals. And how about Brandon native Chris Bauman? In his first CFL start, the top pick in this year's draft led the Tiger-Cats in receiving with six catches for 81 yards.Game Stats
