"I want to figure out why we have to pay the tax back when we never received it," said Tracy, a stay-at-home new mom with an eight-month old child. "We're not the right people to piss off -- 32,000 hormonal imbalanced women."

"I'm just appalled at how they're treating us," Tracy said. "I knew I was going to have give the extra payment back but Ottawa is trying to take from me more than I was given."
