Actually, there is a line that offers a slightly better percentage play. Declarer should rise with the ace at trick one, lead a diamond to the jack and start to run diamonds. If the suit splits 3-3, declarer gets an immediate club discard. If they are as shown in the diagram, declarer still gets home as long as East holds the ace of hearts guarded no more than once -- very likely considering he opened the bidding vulnerable.
