THE view from his 14th-floor office in the Woodsworth Building at Broadway and Kennedy Street ain't bad.

Keith McCaskill can see much of southeast Winnipeg, and on a good day, the farm fields outside the city.

His job with Manitoba Justice also affords him banker's hours and weekends off.
