[Linda Buckmaster] said she tried helping another woman pull the man in street clothes with spiky hair off the woman, who seemed to be inebriated, and was told to back off. "He said 'I'm a police officer'," she said. "He told me to mind my own business.

Buckmaster was shocked at the level of violence she was witnessing. "It looked like a bar fight." She called police because the woman was being "beaten up," she said.
