Tom Keep, the city's liaison for the festival, reported that due to a volunteer shortage, there will not be a Belgian nor a Philippines pavilion in the 2009 edition. Also discussed during the meeting was the budget, the free bus service during the weekend and the opening ceremonies, which will be at city hall.
