Are you a caregiver for an older family member? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by your responsibilities? The role of caregiving often takes a high toll on the emotional, physical and financial well being of the caregiver. You are invited to join a support group for caregivers. The Support Group is designed to give you, the caregiver, an opportunity to openly discuss feelings, experiences and fears in a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere. The group will provide emotional support and also to assist with day-to-day practical issues.
