ANOTHER Manitoba death has been linked to the H1N1 virus, raising the total number of pandemic flu-related deaths in the province to seven.

Manitoba Health said Wednesday that the adult who died was between the age of 18 and 65, and had a laboratory-confirmed case of H1N1 as well as other underlying medical conditions.

Manitoba's first H1N1-associated deaths were reported by Manitoba Health on June 16 -- a Winnipeg man and a woman from northern Manitoba, both in their 40s.
