I can't believe how many Bomber fans are bailing on their team. If Rider Nation was the result of successful seasons, it would be Rider Village, and the last Leaf fans to strut around 'cause they owned the league are now pushing walkers. You won't, however, find any more loyal fans in sports.
The Khadr family has taken Canadians for an embarrassing ride for too long. Why don't our politicians who want to bring Khadr to Canada ask Britain to send over the film clips of his father using a London mosque as a venue to spit out his hate of all things western and how he would decimate anyone in the western world who didn't fit in with al-Qaida's takeover of the world? So NDP leadership candidate Steve Ashton wants to re-impose the tuition fee freeze for university and college students. This is in spite of the fact that the NDP government has admitted the old policy of a freeze failed as a means of increasing accessibility. Ashton says that he has failed to find any rich students on campus. This is sheer demagoguery.
