"I've been enormously fortunate in terms of the roles I've had here," she said. " I remember saying to Mike, before we moved, 'I don't have career down here.' People might say, 'Of course you've got a career -- you did Air Force One; you did The Santa Clause.' That's not a career; Bicentennial Man is not a career. You go in, they kind of doll you up, and then you have two lines. And then people say, 'You worked with Robin Williams.' Who the (expletive) cares? I didn't have anything to do onscreen.
"It has been a nice job," [WENDY CREWSON] told the Free Press in an interview on the set of ReGenesis during filming of the current season's final episode. "I don't like TV series, generally, but maybe that's because I've always had to go away to do them. When you're stuck in a trailer in Glendale (Calif.) for months on end, you just want to put a gun to your head because it's so depressing. And on those big American shows, they shoot well into the night -- it's 4 a.m. and you're still waiting for your scene, and you've been in makeup since 6 a.m. the previous day.
