"It's pretty uncommon for a baseball stadium, but I am trying it anyway," said 31-year-old Glenn Marquez, who purchased an array of rolls before heading to his seat during a game. "I usually have nachos -- and mini-donuts of course -- but I love sushi, so I am trying it here."

"We have a lot of season ticket-holders who are regular customers," says [Cary Davies]. "They like the noodle dishes because they are a real meal, not just a snack. And it's healthy. We don't use trans fats or MSG and very little oil."

"I always have hot dogs, French fries and beer," says the Winnipegger. "I don't go for fancy stuff. Hot dogs are what I have eaten at the ballpark since I was a kid. It is part of the enjoyment of the game. I don't think I will ever change."
