Dear T: I'd suggest a brain transplant. What other big fat clues do you need that this man is playing you? He's charming and persuasive but he's counterfeit. You have not noticed anything different since he sweet-talked his way back into your life (and let me guess -- your apartment?). He's a user and a very talented scout with backup numbers in case he hits a dry spell and I no doubt he has a smooth explanation for why these phone numbers are on his speed dial. The real problem isn't him, it's you.
