"I did some research on ([Charles Roberts]) on Yahoo," said [Antoine Bagwell]. "I saw he had a 1,600-yard season last year. He's got a couple of NCAA records. He's good."

"I know Roberts is going to be the starter coming in, but I've got to come out here and compete with him, push him a little bit and help him out," said [Fred Reid]. "I've got to work hard and hopefully back him up and do what I need to do to help the team win."

"With the two backs that we've got in here today, and the other guy that's gonna be coming in here (RB Dominique Dorsey, acquired Wednesday in a trade with the Saskatchewan Roughriders) I want Charles Roberts as well as everybody to feel like 'Wow, they're bringing in guys that are going to help us become Grey Cup champions,' " [Doug Berry] said.
