Regulations Amending the Industrial Design Regulations

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 25 of the Industrial Design Act , hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Industrial Design Regulations.

REGULATIONS AMENDING THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN REGULATIONS

AMENDMENTS

1. (1) Subsection 6(1) of the Industrial Design Regulations is amended by adding “and” at the end of paragraph (a), by striking out “and” at the end of paragraph (b) and by repealing paragraph (c).
