U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve ordered [Conrad Black]'s lawyer to hand over revised financial statements and update her on the status of a Canadian tax lien on Black's mansion in Palm Beach, Fla. Another hearing was scheduled for Friday. St. Eve also ordered that $5.8 million US prosecutors had sought to have posted as additional bond be held in escrow pending her bail decision.
