Crown attorney Susan Baragar opposed the teen's release based on his inability to keep appointments with probation officers and other court-mandated conditions.
"Your honour can't craft an order (he'll) obey," Baragar told court after spelling out a litany of appointments the youth had missed, causing him to violate the conditions of his release.
