The prosecution says there should be no doubt [Paul Gushulak] intended to kill Moar when Gushulak blasted Moar with a shotgun during a brief encounter outside a Beverley Street residence.

Moar allegedly confronted Gushulak and three others, and was heard yelling "NS turf" seconds before a loud blast was heard, jurors were told. NS stands for Moar's gang, the Native Syndicate.
