The Knights are now guaranteed a spot in the championship side of the tournament and will face a tough SouthCentral squad in the semifinal round today at 10:30 a.m. The Classic also includes a 12-team Bantam AAA division which has attracted three teams from Regina, one from Estevan, Sask., as well as several from across Manitoba. Brandon Bantam AAA Knights coach Chris Robinson liked his team's chances to do well after a 21-2 thrashing of the Regina White Sox, but didn't want the result to go to his players' heads.
