"Every muscle aches... I must have tensed up when the electricity went through me," said [Emil Delnea], who has worked at the centre for 14 years. "I'm stiff and very tired, but there's no burns. I'm very grateful for being alive today."
"It came up quickly," said Delnea, 40. "I heard a big boom and saw the bolt shoot from the sky and right to the ground ...it was like a scene from War of the Worlds.His heart racing and his breathing erratic, Delnea collected himself and guided the girls into the cafeteria building before collapsing on the steps. "The ground was still shaking like a train was going by," he said.
