[Robert Tapper] also lambasted commission counsel Michael Code for his criticisms of [Stu Whitley]. On Monday, Michael Code, the inquiry's chief counsel, delivered harsh words for almost all of the players in the [James Driskell] investigation and prosecution, including Whitley.
