The program has been extended to producers suffering from both excess water and drought conditions, who need financial help to transport feed or livestock.At the same time, Manitoba Agriculture Minister Rosann Wowchuk says she's attempting to give ailing producers who have been forced to sell off large numbers of cattle a tax break. Eligible livestock include beef cattle, dairy cattle for beef production, bison, elk, sheep, goats, deer, ranch horses and llamas.
