Order Amending Schedule 4 to the Canada National Parks ActP.C. 2004-613 11 May, 2004

Whereas 31 sitting days have elapsed after the tabling in both Houses of Parliament of the proposed additions to schedule 4 of the Canada National Parks Act in accordance with subsection 34(1) of that Act and no motion referred to in subsection 34(2) of that Act has been proposed in either House;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 33(4) of the Canada National Parks Act , hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule 4 to the Canada National Parks Act.

ORDER AMENDING SCHEDULE 4 TO THE CANADA NATIONAL PARKS ACT

AMENDMENT

1. Schedule 4 to the Canada National Parks Act is amended by adding the following in columns 2 to 4, opposite the names of the communities set out in column 1:
