"Let's focus on these next six because they are going to help us define what type of season we are going to have," said [Doug Berry]. "I want us to continue to find that one little thing that makes me better. We've been talking about this since Day 1: let's just get better at one little thing at a time. If we've got 50 things wrong, we don't have to fix 50 tomorrow. Let's fix two of them this week. Let's fix three of them the following week.

"There's a real good attitude here," added Berry. "This is what winners do. These guys are learning how to win games and a lot of them aren't coming easy... we're earning the victories. And when you earn the win you feel it afterwards. You want that feeling and you don't want to forget about it. You want more."
