Regulations Amending the Pacific Fishery Regulations, 1993P.C. 2003-1922 3 December, 2003

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, pursuant to sections 8 and 43   of the Fisheries Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Pacific Fishery Regulations, 1993.

1. (1) Subsection 3(3) of the Pacific Fishery Regulations, 1993   is replaced by the following:
