Some Catholics believe that because Prime Minister Paul Martin is a church-going Catholic he will do the right thing about same-sex "marriage" (S.S."M." from here on). " Doing the right thing" would mean invoking the Notwithstanding Clause (Charter of Rights, Section 33) and overruling the Ontario and BC judges who imposed same-sex marriage on the Canadian people in June of 2003.
