"This is one of the nicest properties in Petersfield on the water," he says. "First of all, it's got 220 feet of lineal beach. They own the beach. A lot of people in Petersfield don't own the beach, but they do. The other thing that I find really attractive is that it's got a concrete driveway. I think that's really important.
"It is probably about 150 feet long and the beautiful part of it is the perennials, the beautiful delphiniums, and how the garden cycles," she says. "For the first part, it will be all purple and then suddenly it will be all white, and then the melon colours come in.
