Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to paragraph 47(q) of the Plant Protection Act , hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Phytophthora Ramorum Compensation Regulations.
